R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in FIR No. 548 dated 30.12.2014 for offences under Sections 354-B, 354-D, 451, and 506 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, registered at Police Station Sector 55, Faridabad.

Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Savita submits that the girl in respect of whom allegation was made against the petitioner has since been examined by the trial Court on 01.05.2015.

The petitioner is in custody since 30.12.2014 and it will take long time in conclusion of the trial.

In view of the above and without commenting on merits of the case, the instant petition is allowed and the petitioner be admitted to bail on furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
