* * * * Notices were issued to Mr. C.L. Sharma, Counsel for the appellant and Mr. Sandeep Mahajan, Counsel for the respondents, but they did not put in appearance. Faced with the situation, notices were ordered to be issued to the parties. It has, now, been reported that the sole appellant has since died. Respondent No.1 has been served through his daughter-in-law, but he has chosen not to put in appearance either in person or through his counsel. Respondent No.2 is also reported to have died. In view of the above, the record of this appeal is ordered to be consigned to record with liberty to get it revived after moving an appropriate application.
