On instructions from petitioner No. 1-Ranjit Kaur who is present in person, learned counsel for petitioners submits that she passed her 10+2 examination in the year 2011. As per affidavit dated 05.05.2015 (Annexure P-1) duly sworn-in by petitioner No. 1, her date of birth is 14.08.1990.
Notice of motion to respondents No. 1 to 3 only, at this stage.
On the asking of Court, Mr. Gazi Mohd., DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3. Let three copies of paper-book be supplied to learned State counsel during the course of day.

It is made clear that if a complaint for criminal offence or an FIR is pending, this order shall not cause any hindrance in those proceedings.
