M.M.S. BEDI, J (ORAL) The petitioner is mother-in-law of Raj Kumar who had allegedly been abetted to commit suicide. The son of the petitioner is already in custody.

State counsel, on the instructions of HC Madan Lal, informs that during the course of investigation, the niddle of suspicion on investigation has been found to be pointing towards innocence of the petitioner.

In view of said circumstances, this petition is allowed. It is ordered that in case of arrest of the petitioner, she will be released on bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. This order will remain operative till the presentation of challan. In case the petitioner is found to be involved, it will be open to her to approach this Court again for protection of her liberty.
