Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.107 dated 24.05.2014 under Sections 21 and 22 of the NPDS Act, registered at Police Station Ajnala, District Amritsar.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

From the record, I find that earlier the petitioner was on interim bail as the report from the FSL was not received. Now, the FSL report has been received. The present petitioner absented from the Court proceedings. As per order passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Amritsar, the recovery from the present petitioner falls under commercial quantity. Section 37 of the NDPS Act bars the grant of bail to the accused in the case of commercial Vineet Gulati 2017.05.02 16:18 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh quantity.
