(ORAL) Instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for directing respondent No.2 to complete the investigation of the case and take appropriate action on the complaint (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, however, without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Police Headquarters, Sector 9, Chandigarh, to look into the grievance of the petitioner specifically made in representation (Annexure P-3) and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner.
