On the asking of Court, Mr. Gurveer Sidhu, AAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3 and Mr. RS Rana, Advocate who is present in Court accepts notice on behalf of respondents No. 4 and 5 (parents of petitioner No. 1) and files his power of attorney in Court today and the same be taken on record.
Let requisite number copies of paper-book be supplied to learned State counsel as well as learned counsel for respondents No. 4 and 5 during the course of day.

CRM-M-14909-2015 -2respondents No. 4 and 5 submits that respondents No. 4 and 5 have not extended any threat to the life and liberty of the petitioners but they are not going to give any financial support to petitioner No. 1-Surabhi. Since, respondents No.4 and 5 have undertaken not to cause any interference in the life and liberty of the petitioners, no further indulgence of this Court is required.
In view of the above, the instant petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners that in case, there is any threat perception to their life and liberty, they can move fresh representation before the Senior Superintendent of Police, concerned, who shall look into the allegations of threat to their life and liberty and take appropriate steps, if required, in accordance with law.
However, if such a representation is found to be false the action be initiated against the petitioner(s) who makes such a representation.
