(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to take appropriate action against respondents No.5 and 6 for illegally entering the land of the petitioner by breaking the locks and with intention to have the possession thereof.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this petition.
