By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for quashing of FIR No.0007 dated 04.02.2021 registered under sections 4(1)A, 21(1) of Mines and Minerals Act, 1957 at P.S. Handesra, District SAS Nagar, Punjab. 2.

Learned State counsel, has filed status report dated 03.05.2023 wherein it has been stated that a cancellation report under section 173 CrPC was prepared and has been forwarded to the concerned Court which is pending consideration. 3.

In view of the fact that the cancellation report has already been submitted in the FIR in question, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
