ALKA SARIN, J. (Oral) On 18.01.2023 the following order was passed : "It has been informed that the earlier counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants has since expired. After admission of the appeal on 15.10.1992, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. Let notice of the appeal be issued to the appellants, returnable 20.02.2023."

As per office report, both the appellants have since died. None has come forward to be impleaded as legal representatives of the deceased appellants. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non prosecution. Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
