This is a petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 326 dated 03.08.2011 under Sections 148/149/302/120B/216/420/467/468/471 IPC & 25/54/59 of the Arms Act at Police Station Sadar Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar.

Learned State counsel submits that out of 60 prosecution witnesses cited by the prosecution, 30 have been examined and 10 have been given up. Only official witnesses remain to be examined.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage he may be allowed to withdraw this petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
