(ORAL) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to conduct fair and proper investigation and initiate necessary action against the accused persons mentioned in FIR No. 44 dated 26.02.2018 under Section 306 IPC, registered at Police Station I.T. Park, Chandigarh.
Learned counsel for the respondents-U.T., Chandigarh has filed the status report and the same is taken on record. As per the status report, investigation in the said matter was completed and accused Rakesh Kumar son of Ganga Bishan was arrested on 22.07.2018 and sent to judicial custody. CRM-M-15847-2018 -2incriminating evidence has come against Ganga Bishan son of Het Ram and Ram Shree wife of Ganga Bishan, who are parents of accused Rakesh Kumar. Final report against husband- Rakesh Kumar was prepared and has been filed before the Illaqa Magistrate on 18.09.2018 and charges have been framed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner opposes the noninclusion of the parents of the accused, however, the said objection has no relevance as on date. The petitioner if aggrieved is at liberty to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
