This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for violation of the order dated 06.11.2023 passed in CWP-24856-2023 whereby status quo was directed to be maintained.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that when the present contempt petition was filed, some work was being carried out by the respondent in the premises in dispute. It is, however, admitted that as of today the entire premises stands sealed by the petitioner. 3.
In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present case. Rule stands discharged. The present petition is disposed off accordingly.
