NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing the impugned order dated 22.05.1997 (Annexure P-5). Further a writ of mandamus has been sought for directing the respondents to pay the salary of the petitioner for the months from May, 1996 to October, 1997 and further to reinstate the petitioner in service with all consequential benefits. Since there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and respondent No.3, therefore, notices were ordered to be issued to the petitioner and respondent No.3. Mr. Ashish Verma, Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.3.
