This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No. 67 dated 17.02.2015 under Sections 406, 498-A, 323, 506, 34 IPC at Police Station Tauru district Mewat, Haryana. Learned State counsel, on instructions from H.C. Devinder Singh, who is present in court submits that there is no proposal to arrest the petitioner.
