(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 325/354/406 IPC and Sections 3(1)(x) of SC and ST Act, in complaint case No. 12-A dated 17.04.2013, pending before the Court of leaned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sri Muktsar Sahib. This Court vide order dated 09.05.2016 directed the petitioner to join the Court proceedings.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed certified copy of order dated 13.05.2016 whereby the petitioner had appeared before Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sri Muktsar Sahib.and submitted his bail bonds, which is taken on record as Annexure A-1.
