Learned counsel for the State submits that there are direct and serious allegations against the petitioner. He further submits that co-accused of the petitioner is absconding. Proceedings to declare him a proclaimed offender are going on. Report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has already been presented to the learned court of competent jurisdiction.
