(ORAL) Mr. Guliani, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the suit has been filed against the Gram Panchayat for injunction but during the pendency of the appeals, Gram Panchayats no longer existed and the suit property has been vested in U.T., Chandigarh, therefore, does not press for the same as cause of action is no more recurring.

In view of the aforementioned facts, both the appeals are dismissed as not pressed.
