**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 67, dated 13.08.2018, under Sections 406, 498-A IPC, registered at Women Police Station, Sector 17, Chandigarh.
Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Sudesh Kumar submits that despite last opportunity having been granted to the petitioner vide order dated 14th January, 2020, the petitioner yet again failed to join the investigation.
In view of the above, no ground for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made out.
Dismissed.
