Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No. 2 & 3 to conduct fair and proper investigation in case FIR No. 326 dated 06.11.2018, registered under Section 306 IPC at Police Station PGIMS, Rohtak, District Rohtak and take appropriate action against respondents No. 5 & 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for redressal of her grievance, petitioner has made a representation dated 15.12.2018 (Annexure P3) to respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Rohtak, District Rohtak, but the same remained unattended till now.
