At the outset, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he has received certain documents under the Right to Information Act which were material for decision of the writ petition. According to him, documents clearly show that the respondent-State has given appointments to certain persons in the same department on compassionate grounds. He, thus, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to move the review application alongwith documents he has been able to lay his hands on under the relevant provisions of Right to Information Act.
