(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondents No. 4 and 5 and further to take appropriate legal action against respondents No. 4 and 5 for committing the offences detailed in legal notice dated 23.11.2019 served by the petitioner through his counsel Mr. Sukhwinder Singh Liter, Advocate, District Court, Gurdaspur (Annexure P-9). Heard.
