ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.13 dated 12.01.2020, under Sections 307, 148, 149, 323, 452, 506 IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Adampur, District Hisar.

Learned Senior counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to order dated 06.03.2020, the petitioners have joined the investigation and have fully cooperated in the same. They are not required for further investigation.

Learned State counsel does not controvert the fact that the petitioners have joined the investigation. He submits that, per instructions of SI Radha Kishan, custodial interrogation of the petitioners is no more required. He further submits that as per the inquiry made by the SONU 2020.09.15 04:45 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Investigating Officer, it has been found that complainant is not under any threat to compromise the matter if he does not wish to do so. 4.

In view of the above, since custodial interrogation of the petitioners is no more required and they have already joined the investigation and cooperated with the Investigating Officer, the petition is allowed. Order dated 06.03.2020 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners is hereby made absolute, subject to the petitioners' complying with the provisions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
