 !"#  $ Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Swaran Singh, Police Station Division No.5, Ludhiana, has made a statement before this Court that since during the investigations and inquiry nothing tangible could be found in the complaint made by Krishan Lal complainant and that the police have filed entire complaint as it is a pure dispute based in Delhi over the running of stock exchange and necessary action to consign it would be undertaken within a period of one month.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions from his client has made a statement before this Court RATTAN PAL SINGH 2016.01.29 15:14 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court



    withdrawing the present petition however, reserving rights of the petitioner to invoke jurisdiction of this Court in case of any such eventuality.
