*** The case has been taken up through Video Conferencing. As per the office report, previously two criminal writ petitions had been filed on behalf of these very petitioners bearing CRWP 860 of 2020 which was dismissed by a coordinate Bench of this Court (Hon'ble Mr. Justice Vivek Puri) on 3.2.2020 and CRWP 1129 of 2020 which was dismissed by this Court on 10.2.2020. The petitioners are reported to have not mentioned the factum of their having filed previous petitions bearing CRWP 860 of 2020 and CRWP 1129 of 2020. In petition bearing CRWP 1129 of 2020 even otherwise as stated by learned State counsel on instructions from SI Gurmail Kaur, the statements of parents of Rakhi Saproo (petitioner No. 1) and MC of the area have been recorded in which they have stated that they have no objection to the marriage between the petitioners.

CRWP No. 2200 of 2020 petition has become infructuous. Even otherwise neither the petitioners nor their counsel have put in appearance, which means that they are not interested in further prosecution of the petition. The same stands dismissed accordingly.
