(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in a cross-case arising out of DDR No.21 dated 14.09.2014 (Annexure P-2) registered under Sections 326, 323, 452, 148, 149 IPC, registered at Police Station Kamboj, Police Station Amritsar Rural. , At the very outset, learned State, on instructions from investigating officer, has informed that in pursuance of order dated 09.05.2016 of this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation on 21.05.2016 and the challan against other co-accused has been presented in the Court on 30.06.2016. The custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required at this stage.

CRM-M-15935-2016 -2In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 09.05.2016, passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioners is made absolute. The petitioners shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
