CRM-M-11047-2023 Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of an appropriate order or direction directing respondents no.1 to 3 to lodge an FIR and conduct a fair, impartial and expedite inquiry/investigation in the complaint lodged by the petitioner with them. It is further prayed to issue appropriate order or direction against the local police who have harassed and humiliated the victim and neither lodged an FIR nor arrested the accused for cheating the victim. It is further prayed to issue order or direction to the respondents to take appropriate legal action against the private respondent.
