Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.3 to re-evaluate the answer key on the basis of objections submitted by the petitioner through his representation dated 19.01.2022 (P-4).

Learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that since no final decision has been taken on his representation, therefore, he would be satisfied in case the same is decided expeditiously. Limited prayer seems to be justified and the same is accepted.
