Mr. NS Shekhawat, Advocate, for the petitioner Mr. Munish Sharma, AAG, Haryana, for the respondent Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Ved Parkash, Police Station Punhana, District Mewat has submitted that our of nine accused, one accused had died, six have been arrested and the remaining two accused are likely to be arrested in near future. Faced with this situation, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this juncture reserving the right of the petitioner to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court on the same grounds again, if any such eventuality arises.
