Mr.Nitin Thatai, Advocate for the petitioner. ALKA SARIN, J. (Oral) The only grouse of the petitioner herein is that the First Appellate Court has granted the stay and imposed a condition that the appeal would be argued by the respondents herein within a period of one year and they would not seek any adjournment beyond that period. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the matter is now fixed for 05.04.2023 and that he is ready to argue the matter and that the First Appellate Court may be directed not to grant any unnecessary adjournments and to dispose off the appeal as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present revision petition is disposed off with a request to the First Appellate Court to decide the appeal expeditiously and not to wait for the period of expiry of one year and further not to grant any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

Disposed off. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
