***** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to look into the representation dated 25.04.2017 (P-5) and provide adequate protection to the petitioner and his family members.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Gurdaspur, is directed to look into representation (P-5) moved by the petitioner, in a time-bound manner.
