After taking note of the fact that late Sh.R.P.Jagga, Advocate, who represented the appellant, has died, the office was directed to issue notices to the appellants as well as the respondents. 2.

As per the office report, the notices issued to the appellant as well as the respondents have been received back as unserved as their address is incomplete.

The learned senior counsel representing the respondents submits that he has also made efforts to contact the respondents, however, failed to get any response.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the present appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
