CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J. (ORAL) This Court on 28.02.2019 noticed request of State counsel having not received CCTV footage by Haryana Staff Selection Commission and sought four weeks time to do the needful. However, on subsequent dates by entertaining the application praying for production of result, focus of this Court was laid only to production of result. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner in both writ petitions submits that marks obtained shown to this Court and noticed in the order are only of written test, as having completed the race of one kilometer in less than six minutes, which is condition for passing the screening test. Attention of this Court has been drawn to orders Annexure A-1 and A-2 annexed with C.M. No.8602 of 2019 passed by this Court in CWP PANKAJ KUMAR 2019.11.04 14:55 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No.5294 of 2019 (O&M) -2No.28049 of 2017 decided on 11.12.2017 and 4673 of 2019 decided on 21.02.2019 whereby direction has been issued to respondent-Haryana Staff Selection Commission to show CCTV footage of the petitioners i.e. physical screening test, which in CWP No.5521 of 2019 was conducted on 13.02.2019 and on 19.02.2019 in CWP No.5294 of 2019. Keeping in view the controversy involved, instead of calling upon the respondents to file reply and show the CCTV footage, writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent-Haryana Staff Selection Commission to show petitioners CCTV footage by sending a written communication through registered post, text message on mobile or whatsapp message or e-mail as provided in the application form within a period of two weeks by fixing a date and time from today.

In case, petitioners are found to have cleared physical screening test within prescribed limit, respondents shall take further action in accordance with law, if otherwise, copy of videography would be supplied in order to enable them for redressal of their grievance, if any.
