(ORAL) Challenge in the present revision petition is to order dated 23.12.2022 passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Khanna in the case No. MNT125/76/2021 titled as 'Neeru Rani vs. Manoj Chaudhary', whereby the petitioner-husband has been directed to pay interim maintenance of Rs.7,000/-p.m. to the respondent-wife. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such.
