RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case arising out of FIR No.376 dated 26.10.2016 under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Madhuban, District Karnal.

Heard.

The allegations against the petitioner are that on the basis of forged and fabricated matriculation certificate, he joined Haryana Police as Constable and served for long 26 years. Thereafter, due to apprehension of exposure of his forgery, he obtained voluntary retirement on 30.09.2014. In this, way the petitioner has committed cheating, forgery and fraud with the Haryana Government.

Since there are serious allegations against the petitioner, Ravinder Singh 2017.07.17 17:20 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document therefore, no ground for grant of anticipatory bail is made out. Dismissed.
