SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This petition is for seeking protection of life and liberty of petitioners, who alleged to have married against the wishes of respondents No. 4 to 7, parents and brothers of petitioner No.1. Learned counsel for the petitioners has limited his prayer for taking appropriate action in accordance with law on the representation dated 05.05.2015 (Annexure P-4) made by petitioner No.1. It has been stated that both the petitioners are major. The date of birth of petitioner No.1-Mamta Rani is 05.03.1993 as per copy of Voter Identity Card (Annexure P-1) and the age of petitioner No.2-Sandeep was 21 years as on 23.12.2014 as per copy of ration card (Annexure P-2). They got married on 05.05.2015. Photographs of marriage are also annexed as Annexure P-4. In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and without expressing any opinion on the validity of marriage of petitioners, this petition is disposed of with direction to SACHIN MEHTA 2015.05.07 16:34 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
