RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Habib in case FIR No.234 dated 16.12.2017 registered under Sections 120-B, 186, 188, 307, 332, 353, 379 and 427 IPC at Police Satation Rozka Meo, District Nuh. On instructions from ASI Abdul Karim, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 19.04.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
