Through this petition under Section 407 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for transfer of trial in case titled as "State v. Shashi Bala" pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Faridabad, arising from FIR No.156 dated 02.04.2014 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC pertaining to Police Station Central Faridabad, to any other other District except Faridabad. Heard.

Since respondent No.2 is a Court employee and is posted at Faridabad, therefore, in the interest of justice, trial against her in the aforesaid case is ordered to be transferred to Panipat, which is a centre place for the petitioner and respondent No.2 both.
