Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.34 dated 11.2.2019 under Section 21 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (Sections 22/29/59 of NDPS Act and Sections 465, 467, 471 of IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Civil Lines, District Police Commissionerate Amritsar.
