CWP-4751-2024 Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of direction to the respondents to transfer the enquiry as per order passed by respondent No.2, dated 27.122023, Annexure P-7, to enquire upon certain points regarding documents of elected Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat Lakhnaka, District Palwal in view of representation made by the petitioner, dated 16.02.2024, Annexure P-8 after formation of new enquiry committee headed by respondent No.2 to any other higher official outside the District Palwal or any independent committee be constituted to bring out the truth. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition.
