ALKA SARIN, J. (Oral) On 14.03.2022, the following order was passed : "Taken up in physical mode.

On 19.07.2018 the counsel for the appellant was directed to take steps with regard to the unserved respondents Nos.1 and 2. On 17.12.2018 no one had appeared on behalf of the appellant and counsel for the appellant was granted one more opportunity to effect service on respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Thereafter, the matter was taken up on 19.08.2019 and on that day also none had appeared for the appellant and accordingly the Court had directed the counsel for the appellant to file correct addresses of respondent Nos.1 and 2 within two weeks' from the date of passing of the order. Till date fresh/correct addresses of respondent Nos.1 and 2 have not been filed.

None has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant today also.

FAO No.396 of 2003 -2- The present appeal pertains to the year 2003. This case was burnt and the file was reconstructed from the salvaged records. Since the case has now come up after 2019 due to the intervening circumstances created by the COVID-19 Pandemic, I deem it appropriate to grant one last opportunity to the counsel for the appellant to do the needful. In case the fresh correct addresses are not filed within a period of two weeks' from the date of passing of this order, the present appeal shall be deemed to be dismissed for non-prosecution.

Adjourned to 12.05.2022."

Till date there is no compliance of order dated 14.03.2022. In view of the above, the Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
