**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that vide order dated 11.05.2016 of this Court, the petitioners were directed to appear/surrender before the learned trial Court and the trial Court was required to admit them to interim bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners had appeared before the trial Court and bail bonds furnished by them, in pursuance of order of this Court, were accepted by the trial Court. Learned State counsel, on instructions from investigating officer, has informed that he does not dispute the said fact. Considering the fact that the petitioners have surrendered before the trial Court, the order dated 11.05.2016 passed by this is hereby Naresh Kumar 2016.09.26 12:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh made absolute and the present petition stands disposed of accordingly.
