))  +&  , )-    Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 07.10.2022 (Annexure P-9) issued by the Principal, Govt. College, Bahadurgarh, Jhajjar whereby the petitioner who was working as an Extension Lecturer, was relieved of her duties. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned order is in violation of the policy guidelines dated 04.03.2020; that the petitioner has already raised her grievance before respondent No.2 by way of filing the representation dated 08.10.2022 (Annexure P-12), which is still pending consideration and the petitioner would be satisfied in case a time bound direction is issued to respondent No.2 to decide the said representation.

Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 3 only, at this stage. On the asking of this Court, $ % ! !& , accepts notice on behalf of respondents-State and raises no objection in deciding the representation dated 08.10.2022 (Annexure P-12) in a time bound manner by passing an appropriate speaking order. In view of the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of hearing, but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, respondent No.2 is directed to decide the representation dated 08.10.2022 (Annexure P-12) by passing a speaking order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
