(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in complaint case No.COMI/9/2016 dated 11.12.2015/07.01.2016 under Sections 420, 406, 506, 34 IPC pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Sirsa.

Heard.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioners to appear/surrender before the trial Court within seven days. In case any bail application is moved by them, same shall be decided within next seven days on merits, without prejudice from the indulgence of this Court.
