Heard.

On oral request made by counsel for the parties, the main petition which is fixed for 12.10.2023, is taken up today. COCP-694-2023 (O&M) Counsel for the respondents submit that the supply of the retail outlet of the petitioner has been restored as per the indent letter issued on 02.09.2023. Copies of the indent letter are attached as Annexures R-2/A and R-2/B.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.

Rule stands discharged.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive this petition, if so advised.
