(ORAL) On 28.09.2022 the appearance of the counsel for the respondent was wrongly marked as for the appellant. However, notice was issued to the appellant for today. As per the office report, notice issued to the appellant has been received back with the report that village belongs to Moga District. Mr. Saurabh Jain, Advocate appearing for the appellant states that he has no instructions in the matter as the present appeal was filed by Mr. Ravinder Chopra, Mr. Arun Chandra and Mr. K.K. Thakur, Advocates. Mr. Ravinder Chopra, Advocate is no more and Mr. Arun Chandra, Advocate has since left the office. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives.
