By way of filing the instant petition, violation of the order dated 02.12.2024 (Annexure P-14), passed by this Court in CWP-32448-2024, has been alleged.

Mr. Harshit Singla, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and upon instructions from the respondent, he undertakes that the representation/application filed by the petitioners shall be decided within a period of three weeks from today.

In view of the above undertaking given by the respondent, the present petition is disposed of.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to file an application for revival of the present petition in case the representation of the petitioners is not decided by the respondent within three weeks and in that eventuality, the respondent shall be liable to pay a cost of Rs.50,000/-. 6.
