JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) Prayer is for grant of pre-arrest bail in case FIR No.282 dated 04.11.2014 under Sections 406/420/468/471 IPC, P.S Samana, District Patiala.

The petitioner is the owner of a Rice Mill functioning under the name and style of M/s Bharbhat Agro Industries, Tehsil Samana and an alleged accomplice in the alleged forgery and misappropriation having committed by Kulwinder Singh, who had entered into an agreement with the complainantPUNGRAIN for supply of Custom Milled Rice. Since there was a shortage of supply of the custom milled rice, the aforesaid FIR was lodged.

On the plea of making up the entire deficiency of custom milled rice by the co-accused Kulwinder Singh, this Court had granted interim protection.

At the time of hearing, learned state counsel, on instructions from ASI Labh Singh, admits that the entire

CRM-M- 15030 of 2015 #2# deficiency has since been made up. He also concedes that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, interim pre-arrest bail granted by this Court, vide order dated 01.09.2015, is made absolute/confirmed.

Disposed of.
