Learned counsel for the respondents submits that except one petitioner namely Shalu Chahal, the benefits payable to the other petitioners have been released and with respect to her the needful shall be done as soon as she gives her operational bank account number.

In such circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the present petition. However, seeks liberty to move a representation in case any cause still survives.

Dismissed as not pressed. Rule stands discharged. 4.

In case the petitioners move any representation before the respondents within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided within four weeks thereafter from the date of its receipt by way of passing a speaking order, which shall be communicated to the petitioners within a period of two weeks thereafter.
