Perusal of the order dated 12.02.2020 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Gurdaspur would show that case of one Ajay Kumar was decided. The head-note of the said case though reflects the name of Inderaj Singh, but the applicant was shown to be Ajay Kumar.

Owing to the aforesaid anomalous situation, I deem it appropriate to direct the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Gurdaspur to pass afresh order under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Interim order shall continue till disposal of the petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C before the Court of Sessions. Disposed of.
